Al-Ayn Social Care Foundation is an independent humanitarian organization dedicated to the welfare of orphans in need of care.

In addition to orphan care, the foundation provides assistance to displaced individuals and offers various services.

Al-Ayn Social Care Foundation has the support and blessing of the supreme religious authority, Grand Ayatollah Ali Al-Husseini Al-Sistani, may God bless him.  His Eminence authorized the Foundation to receive the legal rights to spend on orphans.

The Foundation was established on January 13, 2006 and has branches and offices in Iraq and outside Iraq.

The Foundation is registered with the Civil Society Organizations Department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in Iraq, under the registration number 1z71970, and it has a status of public benefit.

Among its offices outside Iraq is the Canada office, which is located in the city of Richmond Hill in the province of Ontario, and it has a number of volunteers throughout Canada who distribute and receive donation boxes as well as urge people to donate to orphans.
